Information for Michigan Customers

At Reviver, we pride ourselves on being a trusted and collaborative partner to the government agencies we work with across the country. For more than six years, this has been true in Michigan, just as it remains the case in California, Arizona, Texas, and elsewhere.

The decision by the Michigan Secretary of State’s Office to terminate our partnership, rather than working with us to reach a resolution, was unexpected. Still, we take these issues very seriously. 

Compliance is our top priority, and we are committed to working with the Michigan Department of State to address any concerns swiftly and reestablish the RPLATE option in Michigan. Our customers are counting on Secretary Benson, her team, and Reviver to work together to reinstate their RPLATEs, which is what we intend to do. 

Let’s keep RPLATEs in Michigan together! Here are several ways you can help us work toward a resolution with the Department of State:

  1. Take two minutes and send an email to Secretary Benson and her staff to let them know that you want them to restore the Michigan RPLATE! All you have to do is click here, plug in your contact information, and press send.
  2. Email the Michigan Department of State by clicking here and urge them to work with Reviver to reach a resolution to keep RPLATEs active in Michigan.
  3. Post on your business and personal social media accounts, making sure to tag the following handles:
    1. X: @MichSOS and @JocelynBenson.
    2. Instagram: @michigansos and @joceylnbenson
    3. Facebook: @MichiganSOS and @JocelynBenson
  4. Call 888-767-6424 to ask the Department of State to work with Reviver on an immediate resolution.
