Everything we do is about you, our customer. And your trust means the world to us. We hope you enjoyed the first year service plan that was included  with your plate purchase, and experienced the benefits as soon as you install one on your vehicle. 

What is RPlate Service Plan and why do I need one?

A active service plan gives you continuous access to your RPlates features and benefits, current and future. We included a full years plan at the time of purchase so you can enjoy the benefits instantly. To enjoy these features uninterrupted. 

These benefits include:

  • Visual personalization, switching between light and dark mode and expressing yourself through banner messages. 
  • In-app registration renewal that lets you be compliant with few clicks on your smartphone
  • 7/365 customer support
  • Lifetime warranty
  • Early access to future features as we launch them.

What happens if I do not extend my service plan?

Your RPlate does not need an active service plan to display your license plate number. You will continue to have access to the products features on your RPlate until it expires at the end of your billing period. 

Note: Without its connection to our platform the registration tags on the plate will not update. 

When will these changes take place?

Since your plan is pre-paid, you will keep your service until your billing period ends. This means that you will not lose access to any of the features within your plan until your current billing period ends and your plan expires.
