The Reviver subscription allows you to pay a monthly fee for your Reviver Digital License Plate (RPlate). You also receive complimentary access to a service plan ($8/mo value). You can cancel whenever you like and return your License Plate with no hidden fees. We send you a shipping label (return costs on us), and you return your RPlate and all accessories in the original packaging.

The Reviver subscription includes a brand new or like-new RPlate Display, mounting bracket, custom mounting screws and driver, installation guide, and a warranty for as long as you keep your Reviver subscription for any issues that may arise, with the exception of user error or gross negligence. 

You also receive complimentary access to a service plan ($8/mo value).

Yes, you can cancel your Reviver subscription at any time. No contract, hidden fees, or gotchas. We cover the return shipping label as well.

This is not a rent-to-own program. When you cancel your Reviver subscription, you are required to return your Reviver Digital License Plate and all accessories that came with it (mounting bracket, custom mounting screws and driver, and installation guide). The goal of the program is to provide ongoing value through a variety of benefits, as well as new future products, not to create more options to buy a Reviver Digital License Plate.

With financing (ie “buy-now-pay-later” by Affirm, Klarna, etc), you’re ultimately committed to a purchase spread out over a period of time, and are responsible for payments until fully paid off. With our Reviver subscription, you truly have the flexibility to cancel at any time, along with access to special future upgrade options and a variety of benefits, including the lifetime warranty.

No—while we do have a Reviver order review step, a common process for high-value products, this does not impact your credit score. We may do a soft credit check as part of the verification process; however, this credit check does not show up on your credit report or impact your credit score.

If you fail to return your Reviver Digital License Plate or do not make your Reviver subscription payments, we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, if you refuse to communicate with us, as a last resort, you may be referred to a collection agency, which may impact your credit.

Updates are sent to the email address you used to sign up. This includes: order in review, order approved, tracking number received (at which point you can opt for additional delivery status updates), out for delivery, and order delivered. Text messages are also sent for the initial order request and delivery of your package. If you’d like further assistance, feel free to contact us at support@fragile.co.

If you just placed your order, the first step is the review process, which can be immediate but often takes up to one business day. Email and text updates regarding this are sent to you upon receipt of the order request. Once your order is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Then, your package will be sent out in the timeline shown to you at checkout, and your tracking number will be sent to you over email as soon as it is picked up by the courier. Please also allow some time for the status to display accurately in the courier’s system (Fedex, UPS, etc.) if information does not show up immediately.

You can cancel your Reviver subscription at any time by contacting us at support@fragile.co. Simply pack your RPlate in its original packaging along with any other accessories that were included in the order, and you will promptly be provided with a prepaid shipping label.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@fragile.co. If we are able to cancel your order prior to your package shipping out, there is a great chance we can provide a full refund. The deadline for this is usually on business days at a certain time (timezone dependent) in the afternoon. After this, some fee will likely be required due to the substantial costs incurred, but we will work with you to offer the best resolution we can.
